My stay at The Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel was a good experience overall. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, surrounded by eateries and shopping options. While my room was spacious and comfortable, I did encounter some issues with the reception staff's communication regarding taxi arrangements, which could have been handled better. However, the excellent service I received from other staff members made up for it.
